Allows for interception of plant and animal fats found on dishes in places such as: larger restaurants, butcheries and food processing industries.

Easier to empty and clean due to application of waste bin and a rinse opening.

Design:
1) removable interception bin for larger waste.
2) grinded 1.5 mm sheet made from acid-resistant steel,
3) openable lid,
4) inlet connectors made in compliance with DIN 11850,
